Leprechaun - symbol of Saint Patrick's Day

Saint Patrick's Day, or the Feast of Saint Patrick is a cultural and religious celebration held on 17 March, the traditional death date of Saint Patrick, the foremost patron saint of Ireland. Today's St Patrick's Day celebrations have been greatly influenced by those that developed among the Irish diaspora, especially in North America. In Lithuania we have some events about it too. So we want to present for you really nice thing symbol of this day.
For Saint Patrick's Day we did a leprechaun. It is a type of fairy in Irish folklore. It is usually depicted as a little bearded man, wearing a coat and hat, who partakes in mischief. They are solitary creatures who spend their time making and mending shoes and have a hidden pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. If captured by a human, the leprechaun has the magical power to grant three wishes in exchange for their freedom.

So enjoy it and have a nice Patrick's Day!
